The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) is intended to incentivize multifamily project participation in green building programs as a way to ensure quality, durability, and operational sustainability throughout life of the project.
To qualify, Project Teams must hire a MAP qualified Energy Professional to perform a SEDI using EPA’s Portfolio Manager and certify that at least a minimum Benchmark score of 75 is achieved. The owner must also certify that it will pursue, achieve, and maintain an industry-recognized standard for Green Building, which is where Viridiant comes in.

- U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED-H
- NGBS
- Passive House Institute US
